What is the standard turnaround time for the marketing material ordered?
Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours on Real Estate Photography, Drone and Aerial Stills, and Floorplans.
Videos have a 48 hour turnaround time.
Additional purchased editing requires 24- 48 hours to complete once ordered.
When do I pay, how do I pay?
We bill through Intuit Quickbooks. Once the photographer/staff leaves the session, an invoice will be emailed to the email address we have on file. From there, you can click the big “Pay Now” button and proceed to view and pay for the services ordered.
What is a marketing kit?
A marketing kit includes a custom property website, printable flyers and post cards, and social media tiles. All of the material provided is completely customizable and can be found in your downloads page. Through the same program, you can also create an account with us, have all your listings in one place, and schedule appointments straight from your dashboard.
